How to organize the work with LinkMonitor?

LinkMonitor is the online-service automatically checking, If there is the link to the necessary site on the specified web - page. For its work you should do the following:

  1. In section " Groups and sites " create a group and add to it a site links on which you want to analyze.
  2. In menu LinkMonitor choose point Links (add) and specify exact URL of pages on which the link to an analyzed site will be searched.
  3. Choose in the menu point Operation (add), specify operation Check of the link and choose what sites should be checked and in what mode.

For change or deleting of the link corresponding points of the menu are served.


How many addresses can I check?

The number of links depends on how actively you use other services of www.Seo-Monitors.com. The maximal number of links in an exemination mode is 200.


Whether it is possible to find all links to the site?

It is possible find out all links to a site which are known to Google. For this purpose use operation Import of links in section LinkMonitor Operations (add).


Why in the report is specified one number of imported links, and in the report - there are less of them?

Some links to a site in the search engine are duplicated. However LinkMonitor takes in this case only one though in the report writes total of links to a site, known to the search engine. Besides in reports only new links - which were not in the previous reports are shown.


How to find out if the page where there is my link is forbidden for indexing?

With help of LinkMonitor you can check up if the given page is closed in a file robots.txt or in tag . For this purpose you should use corresponding operations from the list of accessible.
