Archiving of reports

1. The report on links check-up

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " LinkMonitor " of the unit " Reports " after execution of links check-up. After you choose type of report and a site for which it has been made, you can look the summary report on links check-up .
Date of check is specified in the report; number of pages on which the link to a site is found. Also it is underlined on how many various pages of a site refer, how many phrases and how many from them are different .

You may get more detailed report if you choose the concrete date. Following data are specified in it::

Page to which refer;

Number of links to it;

Phrases on which refer, and their amount.

2. The report on links import

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " LinkMonitor " in the unit " Reports " after execution of links import. After you choose type of report and a site for which it has been made, you can look the summary report on links import .
Date of check and number of the taken links are specified in the report.

The list of links is accessible after a click for date of the report .

Summary report

The size of the list may not coincide with number of links specified in the summary report. It occurs, when some from the imported links are already known to the system .

3. The report on analysis of pages

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " ContentMonitor " in the unit " Reports " after execution of analysis of pages / parameters. After you choose type of report and a query to search system for which it has been made you can look the summary table .
Besides the data on pages, there are average values and values for comparable site (if it was specified) in it

4. The report on analysis of a file robots.txt and of a tag

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " LinkMonitor " in the unit " Reports " after execution of the analysis of files robots.txt or existece of tag ..

After you choose type of report and a site for which it has been made, you can look the summary report on check .
Date of check, number of the analysed sites, amount of the found files / tags and number of the closed pages is specified in the report

You may get more detailed report if you choose the concrete date.

5. The report on positions monitoring

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " SearchMonitor " in the unit " Reports ".

After you specify the type of report, the site for which it has been made, and dates of execution, you may look the report on monitoring in which positions of a site by corresponding queries in the chosen search systems are specified . Besides the page of a site which is considered the most relevant to this or that query is specified .

6. The report on parameters monitoring

Reports of this type are accessible in menu " SearchMonitor " in the unit " Reports " too .

Pages and parameters corresponding to them are specified in the report .

7. Archiving of reports

If necessary you may remove any report from the general list. For this purpose you should click the pictogram near to the report (group of reports). You can overlook the removed reports the same way as usual reports. For this purpose you should open Archive and choose the corresponding report. If you want to return it in the basic list you should click the pictogram near the report.
